Directions:
Detox Lotion: Rub the desired amount of lotion in downward & circular motions on lymph node areas - neck, armpits, hips, & bottom of feet.
Detox: Mask: Apply an even layer across skin. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes, or until dried. Rinse with lukewarm water & pat dry.
Detox Bath: Scoop the desired amount into a warm bath. Use 1-2 times per week for best results. When detoxing, Stay Hydrated!
Detox Relief Lotion: Apply to areas of pain, tension, or lymphatic concern 1–2 times per day, or as needed. Massage gently into the skin to encourage absorption and circulation.
Detox Well Organic Tea: Steep 2-3 tsp. of tea in 8 oz. of hot water for 8-10 minutes.
