100% organic, pure, unrefined castor oil. Pad: organic, unbleached cottonDirections:
Saturate the cotton cloth with castor oilm but not dripping. Apply to the body and afix with a medical (ankle-type) or plastic wrap. Apply heat with either a heated rice bag, warm water bottle, or heating pad on low. Let sit for at least 15 min., up to overnight, depending on the location. Repeat every other day as needed.
Storage: store the pad in a glass container or plastic bag in the refidgerator between uses. Reapply castor oil as needed. Store the castor oil bottle in a cool dark place.
